We believe that clients prefer to pays fees for the advice they receive, rather than feeling obligated to buy something / a product that we might recommend. We offer a range of fee options to suit the financial circumstances and needs of all clients. We work on fixed fees, rather than hourly rates, because we feel that clients like to know exactly where they stand. We charge an 'Advice Fee' and, where applicable, an 'Implementation Fee'. Full details are provided in our Fee Agreement, which is available on request.
There will be fees for mortgage advice and implementation. The precise amount will be dependent on your circumstances but we estimate the 'Advice Fee' to be between £140 and £340 and the 'Implementation Fee' to be 0.5% of the loan amount. For example, on a loan amount of £100,000 the 'Implementation Fee' would be £500.
